To sustain our growth, we aim to strengthen our team by hiring a Team Leader (m/f). **Your day\-to\-day responsibilities will include:** * Implement and enforce the customer service model, instilling in the team the importance of customer attention; * Utilize key store profitability analysis tools to support decision-making that enhances sales and ensures implementation of necessary actions; * Support store management regarding visual presentation, team, and commercial objectives; * Ensure proper welcoming, integration, and training of new employees; * Promote the development of team members. **What we value:** * Completion of secondary education (12th grade) or a bachelor’s degree; * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles; * User-level computer skills; * Experience in sales analysis and KPIs; * Leadership and team management capabilities; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Flexibility regarding working hours.
