Main Requirements: * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles; * Residence in the Greater Porto Area (Preferred); * Ability to demonstrate rigor, coordination, motivation, and leadership over work teams and subcontractors; * Excellent planning, execution, drawing reading, and interpretation skills; * Strong communication and interpersonal relationship skills; * Proficiency in problem analysis and resolution; * High sense of responsibility and organization; * Regular attendance and punctuality; * Immediate availability; * Valid driver's license.
