Driven by its ambition for growth and scale, Inetum generated sales of 2\.5 billion euros in 2023\. **Job Description** * Ensure the stability, availability, and performance of critical business applications in production environments. * Monitor applications, manage incidents and problems, and coordinate resolutions with Development, Infrastructure, and external teams. * Execute deployments, changes, upgrades, and patches following ITIL and DevOps best practices. * Support monitoring and observability initiatives, including tools such as Dynatrace, to proactively detect and prevent issues. * Maintain technical documentation, contribute to continuous service improvement, and participate in on\-call support for critical systems. **Qualifications** * API, Application Servers \& Kubernetes * Java APP servers (RedHat Jboss EAP) and java knowledge (heap and thread dump anaiisys, performance optimization); * OpenShift \& Cloud (kubernetes); * API gateway integration (Axway/APIGee) * RHEL Linux OS * Dynatrace and other monitoring/observability tools (Jaeger, grafana, prometheus, ELK); * CI/CD setup \& optmization (GITLab, ArgoCD, Jenkins, Nexus Sonatype) * Ansible and/or Terraform * Relational DBs (MSSQL Server; Postgre) * Fluent in Portuguese and English
