The **Rental Service Agent** plays a dual role: * Customer Experience Ambassador for reservations * Sales Expert for camper van demonstrations and purchase conversion This position is essential to ensuring customers leave satisfied—whether they are embarking on a rental journey or purchasing their future camper van. **THE ROLE** The **Rental Service Agent** handles all rental operations with direct customer contact and conducts professional camper van demonstrations to convert leads into buyers. This is a hands-on, customer-centric role that combines service delivery, product presentation, operational execution, and commercial follow-up. Whether in rentals or sales, this role ensures every vehicle, every interaction, and every moment with the customer reflects Indie Campers’ high standards. **WHERE WILL YOU WORK?** * **Customer Service & Operations:** Conduct check-ins/check-outs, briefings, and provide continuous support throughout the rental period. Handle critical situations and emergencies with empathy. * **Sales Demonstrations & Customer Engagement:** Prepare and conduct camper van demonstrations, presenting features, specifications, and adapting to customer needs. Ensure efficient handovers and complete documentation. * **Sales Conversion & Lead Management:** Track leads, demonstrations, and follow-ups in CRM. Convert rental customers into sales opportunities and support the RV Sales District and City Lead in achieving targets. * **Product Knowledge & Technical Support:** Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Indie Campers’ camper van models and perform basic demonstrations of systems (lighting, gas, etc.).
