Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and dedicated receptionist to strengthen our team and ensure smooth store operations, excellent customer reception, and appointment management. We are looking for motivated and dedicated professionals to join our Receptionist team at our **Torres Vedras Store**, and become part of this rapidly expanding success project. **Your main responsibilities will be:** * Ensure smooth store operations and deliver exceptional service to our customers * Make telephone calls (inbound and outbound) * Present and promote commercial campaigns and new products * Schedule hearing assessments and manage customer appointments **What we are looking for:** * Completed secondary education (12th grade) * Strong communication and customer service skills * Organized and proactive mindset * Telemarketing experience (preferred) **What we offer:** * Employment contract * Competitive remuneration: Base salary \+ commissions \+ meal allowance (average monthly earnings above €1,200); * Performance-based bonuses and incentives — salary progression, vouchers, travel rewards, and other performance-related benefits. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM * Saturday: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM * 2 days off per week If you are communicative, enjoy challenges, and seek a real growth opportunity — we want to meet you! *BelAudição, Lda. is committed to protecting your personal data.
