Active participation in expansion projects **Operations Director (M/F)** **Zenith Caffè \| Portugal \& Spain** Zenith Brunch Caffè is a restaurant group present in Portugal and Spain, currently operating 7 restaurants. We are seeking to strengthen our leadership team with an experienced Operations Director capable of supporting the group’s consolidation and expansion. **Key Responsibilities** \* Lead and oversee operations of units in Portugal and Spain. \* Ensure high standards of service, quality, and customer experience. \* Develop, train, and support Unit Managers. \* Monitor and optimize performance indicators (sales, P\&L, food cost, labor cost, productivity, and customer satisfaction). \* Implement and improve operational processes and brand standards. \* Ensure operational control, team management, and unit profitability. \* Lead the operational component of new openings and expansion projects. **Candidate Profile** \* Proven experience in Operations Director or equivalent roles within multi-unit restaurant groups. \* Experience in launching new units and business expansion. \* Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, team management, KPIs, and P\&L analysis. \* Ability to train, develop, and lead management teams. \* Analytical, organized, and results-oriented profile. \* Proficiency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish. **What We Offer:** \* Integration into a solid and growing group. \* A role with direct impact on the company's strategy and results. \* Active participation in expansion projects in Portugal and Spain. \* Remuneration commensurate with demonstrated experience. **Location: Porto** **Regular travel: Portugal and Spain** **We particularly value** candidates with experience in multi-unit restaurant groups, a strong operational focus, and a proven track record of growth and performance improvement.
