Execution of elementary support tasks essential to the functioning of departments and services, possibly involving physical effort. Responsibility for equipment under one's custody and for its proper use. Ensuring the maintenance and cleaning of assigned equipment, and reporting any abnormal occurrences detected; performing cleaning, maintenance, and upkeep of the parish’s public spaces, in accordance with general directives established by hierarchical superiors; attending training sessions designated by the local authority. Specific duties: Additionally includes, specifically \- External maintenance services and maintenance of green spaces; removal of waste and similar materials; street and public space sweeping and cleaning; gutter cleaning; washing of public roads; fountain cleaning; removal of trash bins and weed removal; cleaning and maintenance of landscaped areas; operation of various tools, which may be manual or mechanical, required to perform tasks; responsibility for cleaning, tuning, and lubricating mechanical equipment; performing minor repairs and arranging materials as needed. Excavating, moving, and manually or mechanically (e.g., using a backhoe loader) loading soil; demolition, truck loading and transportation; operating brush cutters, chainsaws, leaf blowers, lawn mowers, and all other machinery inherent to external general services; checking oil, fuel, hydraulic system, filter, tire, and lubrication point levels, and performing necessary replenishments at the end of each work shift; cleaning equipment and tools; repairs, painting, and warehouse/site support; support for gravedigger services. Application of various materials, phytosanitary products, fertilizers, and pesticides. Planting and pruning trees. Driving and operating vehicles, machinery, and equipment related to the activity. Support in cemetery services, particularly for gravediggers. Driving light vehicles belonging to the Parish Council. Other maintenance and upkeep activities performed in compliance with existing agreements or other responsibilities assumed or assigned.
