You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions, processing check-ins and check-outs, and providing exceptional guest support throughout the night. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, accountability, and the ability to independently resolve problems. **Key Responsibilities:** * Efficiently and courteously process guest check-ins and check-outs. * Process payments, manage cash handling, and reconcile the hotel’s daily accounts. * Prepare nightly financial reports and ensure data accuracy. * Respond to guest requests and concerns during the night, ensuring their satisfaction. * Monitor hotel security and respond to any incidents or emergencies as required. * Perform other administrative and operational tasks as requested by management. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless hotel operations. **Requirements:** * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Night Auditor or in similar roles within the hospitality industry. * **Knowledge:** Solid proficiency in hotel property management systems (PMS) and accounting software. * **Skills:** Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * **Attitude:** Proactive, organized, highly responsible, and detail-oriented. * **Languages:** Fluency in Portuguese; English proficiency is an advantage. * **Availability:** Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays. **What We Offer:** * A stimulating and collaborative work environment. * Opportunities for professional development within an international hotel chain. * A competitive salary package commensurate with experience. * Integration into a motivated and professional team.
