Job Summary: We are seeking a Store Manager and Team Leader to manage the store in terms of image, team, and commercial objectives, ensuring excellent customer service and driving sales. To support our continued growth, we aim to strengthen our team with a Store Manager and a Team Leader (m/f). **Your day\-to\-day responsibilities will include:** * Implementing and enforcing the customer service model, instilling in the team the importance of customer attention; * Utilizing key store profitability analysis tools to support decision-making that drives sales and ensures implementation of necessary actions; * Managing the store regarding image, team, and commercial objectives, in line with internal guidelines; * Planning, organizing, and monitoring store operations; * Ensuring appropriate recruitment, onboarding, integration, and training of new employees; * Managing and promoting the development of team members; **What we value:** * Completion of secondary education (12th grade) or a Bachelor’s degree; * Minimum two years’ experience in similar roles; * User-level computer skills; * Experience in sales analysis and KPIs; * Leadership, team development, and team management capabilities; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Customer orientation; * Flexibility regarding working hours.
