Currently, we are undergoing strong national and international expansion, which drives the need to hire a **Maintenance Technician.** You will be responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance across our network of fuel stations, supported also by partner companies for preventive maintenance. The role includes assessing and planning required work. Travel and frequent mobility are required to perform and/or supervise interventions on-site throughout the national territory and in Spain. Your RESPONSIBILITIES will include: Visiting various fuel stations, with average mobility of 2–3 days per week. Receiving, classifying, and prioritizing incidents via the management application. Assigning appropriate suppliers for each incident and for preventive maintenance. Supervising installations and technical and mechanical components, both at operational stations and new openings. Planning and organizing required work, as well as monitoring and controlling ongoing construction and/or renovation projects. Budget management, placing orders, coordinating work with partner companies, and controlling supplier invoicing. Administrative management of work (budgets, invoices, etc.), including certifications, periodic maintenance reviews, and inspections. Preparing periodic reports. Proposing technical improvements to installations and other optimization initiatives. Implementing and monitoring compliance with applicable legislation. Sourcing and negotiating with local suppliers. Implementing defined maintenance standards and protocols. What we expect from you: Higher-level technical-professional qualification in Maintenance, Electrical and Automatic Installations Technician, or equivalent. Ability to organize and coordinate teams and/or subcontractors. Strong sense of responsibility, decision-making capability, and initiative. Dynamic profile oriented toward problem solving. Solid knowledge in maintenance, construction, equipment, and related fields. Service orientation and focus on internal customers. Experience working under high-pressure conditions, with emphasis on quality and attention to detail. Availability for frequent travel, including overnight stays when necessary. Valid driver’s license. Prior experience in service station maintenance or retail sector (multi-site operations) is highly valued.
