#### **Responsibilities**
* Ensure safety and optimal operating conditions for each facility
* Guarantee proper implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance plans, with continuous adaptation and optimization for maximum efficiency
* Identify and monitor key needs of the real estate portfolio and equipment regarding safety, appearance, and comfort
* Assist in developing and executing the annual investment plan
* Oversee final handovers and construction warranties
* Ensure compliance with legal communications and requirements
* Prepare and present budget estimates
* Draft, negotiate, and revise contracts with designers, contractors, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors
* Plan, organize, and supervise construction, installation, and renovation activities for stores and other existing properties
* Review and verify project designs to ensure compliance with internal regulations (terms of reference, concept) and external regulations (national legislation)
* Contribute to and implement projects aimed at reducing environmental impact and CO2 emissions
* Make decisions and take action in emergency situations or disputes
#### **Profile**
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
* Up to 3 years of experience in similar roles
* Proficiency in user-level computer applications (AutoCAD; Google tools; Excel; Word; PowerPoint)
* Fluency in Portuguese and solid command of English (spoken and written)
* Knowledge of national legislation in this field
* Responsible and dynamic
* Strong interpersonal skills and appreciation for teamwork
* Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities
* Ability to lead projects and make autonomous decisions
* Team-oriented and cooperative mindset
* Curious, versatile, and innovative
* Interest in physical activity and/or sports
* Willingness to travel nationwide
* Valid driver’s license
* Knowledge of national legislation concerning construction and maintenance (mandatory)
