We seek a practical, organized, and results-oriented Supervisor capable of ensuring operational excellence, team coordination, and a positive experience for guests and partners. Key Responsibilities: Daily supervision of 3 local accommodation units, ensuring cleaning services whenever necessary Coordination of cleaning, maintenance, and operational support teams Control of check-ins, check-outs, and quality standards Incident management, complaint handling, and problem resolution Monitoring of reservations, platforms, and scheduling Collaboration with partners in tourism and training sectors Ensuring compliance with procedures, deadlines, and defined standards Desired Profile Previous experience in local accommodation, hospitality, or tourism (mandatory) Valid driver's license Strong organizational, leadership, and autonomous capabilities Responsible, proactive, and solution-oriented profile Good communication and team management skills Familiarity with reservation platforms Immediate availability We Offer: Full-time employment contract Immediate start Competitive remuneration commensurate with demonstrated experience Please send your updated CV to "recrutamento@vipclinic.pt" with the subject line “Local Accommodation Supervisor”.
