Opportunity for professional growth **Job Posting: Hostess \- Almar Beach Club** Almar Beach Club is preparing for its official opening in Arrábida and seeks the professional who will be the face and first impression of our project. We are looking for a Hostess who combines elegance, hospitality, and exceptional organizational skills. If you prioritize direct interaction with guests and wish to join the region’s most exclusive project, we want to meet you. **What We Are Looking For (Relevant Requirements):** * Proven Experience: Prior experience in similar roles (Hostess, Reception, or Public Relations) within prestigious restaurants or hospitality establishments. * Appearance and Demeanor: Polished and elegant presentation, empathetic posture, and excellent communication skills. * Languages: Fluency in English (mandatory); proficiency in additional languages is valued. * Organizational Profile: Proficiency in managing customer flow and reservation systems. * Availability: Flexibility for rotating shifts and weekends. **Your Responsibilities:** * Personalized guest reception and escorting to tables/leisure areas. * Active management of the reservation book and coordination with floor management. * Ensuring excellence and organization at the entrance area (First Impression). * Managing inquiries and information requests courteously and efficiently. **What We Offer:** * Integration into a prestigious project with above-average working conditions. * Attractive remuneration package, commensurate with demonstrated experience. * Schedule with 2–3 fixed days off per week. * Dynamic work environment in a privileged location in Arrábida. * Training and growth opportunities within an excellence-focused team. **Applications:** Do you wish to be the welcoming face at Almar?
