Requirements: Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Desirable Competencies: Experience as a Real Estate Consultant or in business management within the real estate sector Leadership: Inspire and motivate the team Empathy: Understand and respond to clients' needs Effective Communication: Convey information clearly and persuasively Education in Management, Marketing, or related fields, as well as fluency in foreign languages.
