We are recruiting a B2B Sales Manager for a multinational company specializing in automotive and industrial maintenance products. Responsibilities: - Manage and expand the assigned customer portfolio; - Visit customers daily, ensuring personalized follow-up; - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty; - Prospect new customers; - Work autonomously, supported by a results-oriented team. Requirements: - Valid driver's license (mandatory); - Experience in sales-related fields (preferred); - We value motivated individuals with a positive attitude and willingness to grow; - Strong communication and interpersonal skills; - Enthusiasm for daily customer interaction; - Comfort working towards targets. Offer: - Working hours: Monday to Thursday 9:00–18:00, Friday 9:00–17:00 — weekends off; - Base salary: €920 - Meal allowance: €7.50/day - Attractive commission scheme; - Health insurance after internal hiring; - Company vehicle and all necessary tools for job performance.
