Job Summary: We are looking for a Front Office Agent with enthusiasm, authentic communication, and a positive presence—to be the first impression and guardian of detail, delivering a memorable experience to our visitors. Your Day\-to\-Day (and Ours) You conduct check\-ins as if opening doors to a new experience. You welcome guests with the ease of hosting friends at home. You assist with check\-ins, check\-outs, and everything that happens between those moments. You are the guardian of detail. You record consumption, reservations, and requests as if composing a precise work. You maintain the lobby and reception with the charm and organization embedded in our DNA. You move fluidly between operations and emotion. You accompany guests, anticipate problems, and craft solutions with lightness. You ensure smooth, almost choreographed shift handovers. You are the bridge between the hotel and what vibrates around you. You know what’s happening in the house and in the neighborhood: events, flavors, hidden corners. And you share all of it with genuine intent to brighten someone’s day. 2\. What We’re Looking For Experience and Tools 1 year or more in similar roles (boutique/lifestyle hospitality is a plus). Fluent Portuguese and confident English; other languages are music to our ears. Familiarity with reservations, billing, and PMS systems.
