Summary: This role involves taking tasks off founders' plates, managing operations, owning customer communication, and building systems within a fast-growing sports supplement brand. Highlights: 1. The ones who sign up for Hyrox on a whim. Who run 80km on a Sunday. Who skip the parties to outwork everyone else. We make ENDURE Recover, Europe's first hybrid supplement for athletes who train across disciplines and refuse to slow down. We're 3 people, 1 product, and we're growing fast. Now we're looking for our right hand. **What this role is** This is the role that takes things off the founders' plates and hands them back done better than we'd have done them ourselves. Two things sit at the core: keeping our world running (admin, inbox, calendar, the operational glue) and owning how we talk to our customers (replies, follow\-ups, making every single person who buys ENDURE feel important). Around that, you'll build the systems, SOPs and spreadsheets that mean the same fire never has to be put out twice. But here's the honest part: your job description will shift. We don't have a playbook. Some weeks you're deep in customer messages, some weeks you're figuring out something none of us have done before. If a fixed, predictable role is what you want, we're genuinely not the right fit, and there's no shame in that. **What you'll do each week** * **Run the founders' world (5–6 hrs).** Inbox, calendar, scheduling, admin, the occasional personal task. You keep the machine moving so we can build. * **Own customer communication (\~5 hrs).** Answer, follow up, and make ENDURE customers feel like there's a real person who cares on the other end. Because there is: you. * **Build the systems (3–4 hrs).** Turn recurring chaos into SOPs, trackers, and processes that run without us. * **Take on whatever the week needs (4–5 hrs).** Research, ops, "can you figure out X by Friday." You take the ball and run three steps further than we asked. **You are the right person if** * **You want real ownership.** From the day you join, you're making up a quarter of this company. You'll represent a serious chunk of everything ENDURE does, with real, tangible impact on where it goes. That also means you think like an owner: When you get a task, you find a way to get it done, plus the three things around it we didn't think to ask for. You don't wait to be told the next step. You find it. * **You love startup pace.** No rigid structure. The plan can change on a Tuesday afternoon and that energizes you instead of stressing you out. * **You're a productivity freak.** You love a clean system, a good spreadsheet, a repeatable process. Building order out of mess is genuinely satisfying to you. * **You use AI to raise the bar, not lower the effort.** This one matters. We expect you to use AI, and to use it *well*: to make your output genuinely sharper, not to quietly hand off the thinking. You read what a tool gives you critically and put our standard on top of it. If AI is how you avoid work rather than how you do better work, this isn't the role. * **You get it.** You don't have to be an athlete. But if someone training for an Ironman or a backyard ultra makes you go "that's incredible" instead of "that's insane," you'll understand our customers. * **You respond fast.** Not because we ping you at midnight, but because fast communication is how a small team trusts each other. * **Health and fitness is how you live.** **Hard requirements** * Based within \~1 hour of Lisbon, and able to co\-work in person once a week * Fluent in English and Portuguese (our team runs in English; our customers are in Portugal and across Europe) * Available during business hours, with some weekend flexibility around big moments (hello, Black Friday) * Comfortable and genuinely good with AI tools as part of how you work **Events (as backup)** A few times a year, we show up in person for races, fitness events and pop\-ups. This usually won't be your job. But if another team member can't make it and we really need someone, you're our fallback, and when that happens, having you there matters. These are 1–2 day weekends: talking to customers, representing the brand, or helping set up a tent or fill cups at a finish line. No task is too small when we're building something together.
