Opportunity to join a team dedicated to excellence. **Waiter/Waitress – Almar Beach Club (Setúbal)** **We are looking for dynamic professionals focused on service excellence for a new concept in Arrábida.** The **Almar Beach Club** is recruiting **Waiters/Waitresses.** We seek individuals with a strong sense of hospitality who enjoy working in a vibrant environment and wish to deliver a high-quality experience to our guests—both in the restaurant and on our terrace. **Your Responsibilities:** * **Guest Service and Reception:** Ensure attentive, courteous table service focused on guest needs. * **Sales and Advisory Support:** Present and consultatively sell our menu, with special emphasis on **fresh fish and seafood**, ensuring detailed product knowledge. * **Dining Room Operations:** Preparation of *mise en place*, precise and timely service of dishes and beverages, with meticulous attention to detail. * **Coordination:** Order management via POS system and constant coordination with the kitchen and bar to ensure seamless service flow. * **Quality Standards:** Maintain cleanliness and organization within your assigned work area, adhering to food safety regulations. **The Profile We Seek:** * **Relevant Experience:** Background in high-volume restaurants or Beach Clubs (experience or knowledge in fish and seafood service is highly valued). * **Hospitality Attitude:** Excellent communication skills, professional demeanor, empathy, and attentiveness. * **English Fluency:** Proficiency in English for serving our international clientele. * **Operational Agility:** Ability to work under pressure while maintaining organization, proactivity, and a positive attitude. * **Team Spirit:** Sense of responsibility, punctuality, and mutual support. **What We Offer:** * Two fixed days off and consecutive working hours. * Integration into an innovative project focused on quality and detail. * A professional and dynamic work environment in a privileged location in Arrábida. * A remuneration package commensurate with experience and demonstrated competence. * Opportunity to join a team dedicated to excellence. **Want to join the Almar dining room team?** Send your application to **recrutamento@almarbeachclub.pt** with the subject line “Recruitment \- Dining Room".
