We are looking for a Dialysis Support Worker (m/f) to join our Algés clinic. **What we offer:** Monthly gross salary of €920; Integration into a multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering high\-quality healthcare; Ongoing training and professional development opportunities; Employment contract and benefits in accordance with company policies. **Key responsibilities:** Support the nursing team in delivering patient care; Prepare and ensure the proper conditions for treatment rooms and clinical activities; Assist and support patients throughout their time at the clinic; Ensure the cleaning, disinfection and organisation of clinical equipment and materials in accordance with established procedures; Replenish and manage clinical supplies and consumables required for daily operations; Contribute to maintaining a safe, welcoming and patient\-centred environment. **Requirements:** Healthcare Assistant qualification or similar healthcare\-related training (preferred); Previous experience in healthcare settings; Availability to work rotating shifts (mornings, afternoons and nights); Team\-oriented mindset; Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
