In-depth training on products, systems, and communication techniques About the Role We are seeking communicative and customer-oriented professionals to join a banking-sector project in partnership with a leading financial institution recognized for its stability, technological innovation, and service quality. Main Responsibilities Telephone support for customers and potential customers; Providing customer assistance and clarifying inquiries; Presenting banking products and services; Identifying cross-selling opportunities; Conducting outbound campaigns targeting existing customers; Ensuring excellence in service, with a focus on customer satisfaction. Training Duration: 5 working days (8 hours/day) + up to 5 working days of internship; Schedule generally aligned with working hours; Training Content: Team integration; Training on IT tools and systems; In-depth knowledge of products and services; Communication and customer management techniques (telephone, email, and chat); Practical training with supervision and progressively increasing autonomy. Working Hours 40 hours per week (8 hours/day + 1-hour break); Rotating shifts between 09:00 and 20:00; Availability from Monday to Sunday.
