Costaterra is a private members only residential community in Comporta – Portugal. It combines luxury living with top\-tier hospitality, offering incredible dining, a world\-class golf course, spa services, outdoor pursuits, and immersive local experiences. We are looking for a talented **Wellness Concierge** to join our team! In this role, you’ll welcome members, manage spa and wellness reservations, support bookings for activities and classes, and ensure all wellness areas are tidy and well‑organized. Your goal is to create a warm, seamless experience for our members and guests while helping us exceed service expectations. **What you will do?** * Welcome and guide members through their wellness journey and escort them to different areas. * Manage daily reception operations, including bookings, confirmations, schedules, calls, emails, and member profile updates. * Handle member requests, record feedback, and support service recovery when needed. * Maintain clean, organized, and well‑prepared wellness and reception areas. * Prepare member charges, daily reports, and assist with lost \& found or incident reporting. * Support sales by recommending and upselling wellness programs, fitness classes, and spa services. * Assist with stock control, purchasing, and updating daily communication logs. * Work closely with coworkers, attend required meetings/training, and support smooth team operations. * Perform additional tasks as required by supervisors. **What are we looking for?** * At least **2 years of experience** in a similar role within luxury spas, wellness centers, or health clubs. * Strong communication, customer‑service, and organizational skills. * A proactive, warm, and professional attitude with the ability to work well in a multicultural team. * Good command of English and confidence using MS Office and wellness/reservation systems. * High standards of grooming, ethics, and service excellence. * Passion for wellness and delivering exceptional guest experiences. ***What do we offer?*** Work\-Family Culture, Global Career Opportunities, Competitive Salarys, Development Programs, Medical Insurance, Meal Allowance, Staff Restaurant, Staff Events and Staff accommodation if you are not local. *If you have what it takes and want to build a career, this is the place for you* \#LI\-TP1
