Prepare and cook meals according to the hotel's standards; . Ensure quality, flavor, and presentation of dishes; . Comply with food hygiene and safety standards (HACCP); . Assist in stock management and kitchen organization/cleaning. Requirements: Proven kitchen experience (preferably in hospitality or catering); Ability to work in a team and under pressure; Creativity and passion for gastronomy; Flexibility in working hours.
