TEAM — PORTUGAL "TÔ DENTRO!" is a Portuguese company specializing in strategic social media management for businesses, retailers, and brands aiming to grow digitally. We focus on results, communication, and growth — and we are expanding our sales team! ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for communicative, persuasive individuals with a growth mindset to join our Call Center team. The main responsibilities include making outbound calls to companies to: * Identify business opportunities * Generate qualified leads * Schedule meetings for our sales team You will be the first point of contact with potential clients — a key contributor to the company’s growth. WHAT WE OFFER Call scripts (guides) and strategic guidance; Practical training in communication and sales; A contact database and continuous support from the team; Direct mentoring for performance improvement and growth. WORKING HOURS AND WORK MODEL Contract type: Part-time (2–4 hours per day) Working hours: Flexible, between 09:00 and 18:00 (weekdays) Work model: Remote COMPENSATION MODELS * Internship/Training (with potential integration into the team based on performance) * Internship/Training with commission-based earnings (variable income depending on results) IDEAL PROFILE Strong communication skills and comfort speaking on the phone; Persuasiveness and active listening ability; Organizational skills and work consistency; Interest in sales and the business environment; Goal- and results-oriented mindset.
