The Beauty Advisor’s mission is to act as the Brand Ambassador: achieving sales objectives, promoting the Brand image, and ensuring the highest level of customer service. This position is located at the **El Corte Inglés Gaia** store. ### **Job responsibilities** **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Sell Brand products and deliver high-standard customer service throughout the entire sales process. * Increase brand awareness and consumer loyalty. * Identify, understand, and reframe customer needs. * Monitor competitors (special promotions, new launches, etc.). * Propose and demonstrate personalized product offerings. * Track KPIs at the point of sale. * Develop personal and long-lasting relationships with customers and retailers. * Achieve retail sales targets on a weekly/monthly basis. * Participate in merchandising maintenance and inventory management, in accordance with company guidelines. * Monitor stock levels and report any issues to the Area Manager, ensuring optimal stock levels in each store. * Carry out all assigned operational and administrative tasks (reports, orders, etc.). ### **Profile** **COMPETENCIES** * Results-oriented * Customer-oriented * Autonomy and proactivity **PROFILE** * Completed secondary education or equivalent training in Beauty * English (B2 level) * Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint): basic level * Retail or service industry experience, ideally in luxury, beauty, or fashion environments * Availability for full-time work. ### **Additional information** *LVMH Beauty Iberia believes in the unique talent of every individual and celebrates everyone’s individuality.
