Willingness to learn and grow, with stress management capability Discover Porto – Gestão Hoteleira, Lda. is currently recruiting, for one of its restaurants located in Baixa do Porto, a **Bartender (M/F/D)** with experience in the field, who will perform duties efficiently and meticulously. **Responsibilities:** * Serve cocktails (classic), coffee, draft beer (imperiais/finos), and other beverages, strictly adhering to recipes and the establishment’s quality standards * Ensure pre-opening preparation of the work area (e.g., cutting fruits, preparing juices, replenishing ice, restocking wine racks and refrigerators) * Maintain the bar counter, workbench, and utensils (shakers, glasses, jiggers) rigorously clean and organized, complying with food safety standards (HACCP) * Monitor breakages, track beverage and ingredient stock levels, and assist in preparing restocking orders **Required Profile:** * Minimum 1 year of bar experience * Meticulous appearance * Strong inclination for teamwork * Good communication skills * Willingness to learn and grow * Stress management capability **Offer:** * **Continuous shift (we do not offer split shifts)** * **2 days off per week** * **Card and cash tips** * Competitive salary package * Excellent working conditions * **Full-time contract** * Career progression opportunities * Salary: €1,000.00 – €1,200.00 per month * **Transportation allowance** If this profile matches you and you wish to join a young and dynamic team, working at one of the most iconic locations in Baixa do Porto, send us your CV!
