With an established presence in Greater Lisbon and Porto, and 10 stores currently operating, our focus is to deliver fast, professional, and excellent service. We invest in efficient processes to ensure every customer leaves with a smile. Your day-to-day at the Cascais store: In this full-time, on-site role, you will be the face of our store and the primary support for our customers! Your responsibilities will include: Welcoming with a smile: Greeting customers, explaining our service options, and clarifying any questions clearly and empathetically. Recommending the best: Suggesting car washes and complementary products that truly make a difference for each vehicle. Taking the wheel: Safely moving and parking customers’ vehicles with utmost care. Making the magic happen behind the scenes: Registering sales in the system, organizing the service schedule, supporting the operational team, and ensuring the customer service area remains immaculate. What are we looking for in you? Communication and Empathy: Ability to interact easily with people and deliver excellent customer service. Commercial Drive: Experience or strong interest in sales, always with a focus on customer satisfaction. Organization and Focus: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously (e.g., sales registration and service follow-up) without losing pace. Proactivity: Eagerness to learn about our processes and the automotive world. Practical Requirements: Valid driver’s license (mandatory), basic computer skills, and availability to work rotating shifts. (Previous experience in retail or automotive services is highly valued!)
