We are expanding our team and seeking a Sales Assistant to join our center in Cascais. Main Responsibilities: • Provide personalized customer service, ensuring high-quality service; • Present and recommend additional services; • Manage appointments and payments; • Move vehicles before and after service; • Manage waiting times and communicate clearly with customers; • Ensure vehicle delivery as expected; • Support inventory management; • Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area; • Collect customer feedback to improve service. Profile We Seek: • Customer service experience (preferred); • Interest in commercial activities and enthusiasm for selling services; • Excellent communication skills and approachability; • Sense of responsibility, autonomy, and attention to detail; • Goal- and results-oriented mindset; • Team spirit; • Punctuality and professionalism; • Availability for rotating shifts, including weekends; • Availability to work rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday; • Valid driver’s license (mandatory).
