Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to prepare, record, and review accounting entries, support monthly/annual closings, and assist in audits within a dynamic and multicultural environment. Real opportunities for professional growth and development A multinational company in the Electrical and Electronic sector, based in Évora, is looking for candidates with the following profile: Requirements: * Degree in Accounting, Management, Finance, or relevant professional experience; * Professional experience in accounting within a multinational or Shared Services context is highly valued; * Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail; * Strong communication skills and willingness to work in a team; * Ability to organize and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment; * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred); * Good command of English (spoken and written); knowledge of other European languages is an advantage (e.g., French or German). Main Responsibilities: * Prepare, record, and review accounting entries; * Ensure all accounting records comply with applicable accounting principles and are properly supported by appropriate documentation; * Actively collaborate in monthly and annual closing processes; * Support internal and external audits by providing accurate and timely information; * Perform account reconciliations and variance analyses; * Ensure correct classification and integration of financial transactions into the ERP system; * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in accounting and reporting processes.
