Job Summary: Responsible for analyzing, monitoring, and ensuring insurance quotations; preparing proposals; and promoting product sales, with a focus on customer retention. Key Highlights: 1. Analyze quotation requests based on criteria such as product, coverage, and deductibles. Monitor business with insurers to ensure the best quotation. Ensure that the terms offered are guaranteed for future renewals by insurers. Ensure business is placed with only one insurer—i.e., the client must be assessed holistically, not by line of business. Jointly prepare, with the sales representative, the optimal quotation to present to the client. Subsequently, the sales representative presents the quotation to the client. Promote the Group’s various products and/or services. Foster customer loyalty to the Group. Profile Flexible working hours (e.g., shifts, weekends).
