The mission: \- Support the Store Manager in team coordination and store operational management; \- Ensure compliance with brand procedures and standards; \- Activate the store and ensure an excellent customer service experience; \- Support stock management and organization of the sales area; \- Contribute to team motivation, development, and training; \- Ensure coverage and daily operational oversight. Profile requirements: \- Professional experience of 2–5 years in Retail or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG); \- Autonomous, proactive, and results-oriented profile; \- Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for teamwork; \- Customer orientation; \- English language proficiency; \- Proficiency in MS Office tools; \- Availability and flexibility in working hours (Monday to Sunday).
