#### **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities**
* Understand the Company’s, store’s, and my department’s objectives and results in order to guide teams and direct my work toward achieving expected goals and outcomes;
* Monitor and follow up on services prescribed by Sales teams, including Home Card, Financing Card, Delivery, Installation, Maintenance Services, Renovation, and Online Architect;
* Support Sales in processing Personal Credit [GSB];
* Monitor and promote service quality delivered by partners (installers, suppliers, repair technicians, etc.) through daily database tracking and feedback delivery;
* Promote cross-departmental service communication across the store, reporting and monitoring Service KPIs, and ensuring timely updates to store signage related to service offerings;
* Establish fluent and courteous communication to ensure service quality and customer loyalty;
* Receive customer feedback, manage incident cases, propose solutions, and keep customers informed via phone/email about the status of their requested service, following established procedures and personally resolving customer inquiries—by phone or email—regarding product availability, order status, pricing, and contracted services.

* Minimum academic qualification: completion of secondary education (12th grade);
* 1–2 years of relevant professional experience;
* Interest in and experience within sales and logistics;
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in teams;
* Customer-centric mindset and genuine interest in customer needs;
* Excellent communication skills, strong business orientation, and results-driven attitude;
* Organizational and analytical capabilities;
* Initiative, critical thinking, and entrepreneurial spirit;
* English language proficiency.
