Application of instructional design principles Timestamp Group is recruiting an Instructional Designer to join its team in Lisbon, under a hybrid work model. Timestamp Group brings together several Portuguese companies specializing in IT solutions and services, focusing on excellence, knowledge sharing, continuous training, and certification. The role will primarily focus on designing, developing, adapting, and reviewing pedagogical content and resources for online or eLearning adult training, especially in the area of digital skills. **Responsibilities:** Design, develop, adapt, and review pedagogical content and resources in the field of digital skills; Create materials for online, eLearning, and adult training formats; Develop technical-pedagogical frameworks, session plans, manuals, presentations, activity sheets, exercises, scripts, and storyboards; Develop learning assessment instruments; Analyze technical content and transform it into clear, accessible, and appropriately leveled training resources aligned with varying levels of digital proficiency; Apply instructional design principles when creating interactive, practice-oriented, and competency-focused learning experiences; Design activities, simulations, practical case studies, application exercises, quizzes, and assessments; Adapt and structure pedagogical content for learning platforms; Ensure usability, accessibility, and pedagogical coherence of content; Produce, review, and organize written support materials for training; Ensure clarity, consistency, technical rigor, and linguistic appropriateness for target audiences; Support the identification and analysis of training needs, competency profiles, and target audiences; Contribute to defining appropriate training pathways; Support the implementation of training projects; Support operational management of schedules, resources, technical-pedagogical documentation, and quality criteria; Support preparation of reports, results analyses, supporting documentation, and evidence of execution; Occasionally facilitate in-person training sessions, synchronous sessions, webinars, or eLearning activities. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Education/Training, Educational Sciences, Communication, Multimedia, Design, Information Systems, Computer Science, Management, Psychology, Sociology, or equivalent fields; Pedagogical Competence Certificate (CCP) for Trainers; Experience designing pedagogical content for professional adult training; Preferred experience with content related to digital skills; Experience creating training materials for online or eLearning formats; Knowledge of instructional design, adult learning methodologies, and training pathway design; Experience developing storyboards, session plans, manuals, presentations, exercises, practical activities, and assessment instruments; Ability to transform technical information into clear, structured training content aligned with learning objectives; Solid knowledge of digital productivity, communication, and online collaboration tools; learning platforms; and digital training resources; Experience adapting and structuring pedagogical content for LMS platforms or digital learning environments; Experience supporting training project management and coordination; Excellent written and oral communication skills; Strong organizational ability, attention to detail, autonomy, and problem-solving skills; Ability to collaborate effectively and coordinate with diverse stakeholders; Ability to manage multiple tasks while ensuring pedagogical, technical, and functional quality of produced content. **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience facilitating in-person training; Experience leading synchronous sessions, webinars, or eLearning activities. **Benefits:** Health insurance; Flexibility in organizational routines; Training and certifications; Employee Support Program, including psychological support; Birthday and seniority gifts; Monthly Happy Hour; Benefits portal featuring attractive offers.
