We are currently recruiting an Accounts Payable Technician (m/f) for a prestigious client company in Maia, for temporary replacement of an employee. Responsibilities: - Supporting the Finance team in accounts payable activities; - Ensuring effective communication with suppliers and fulfillment of agreed commitments. - Validating and recording accounting documents (e.g., supplier invoices); - Organizing and processing supplier payments; - Ensuring timely fulfillment of payment obligations to suppliers; - Performing analysis, verification, and reconciliation of supplier current accounts; - Monitoring purchase orders issued to suppliers; - Assisting in preparing information reports. Requirements: - Higher education degree in Accounting and/or Administration; - 2–3 years of professional experience in similar roles; - Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and SAP (preferred); - Dynamism, organizational skills, analytical ability, and attention to detail; - Strong communication and teamwork skills. Offer: - Employment contract; - Salary commensurate with demonstrated experience; - Positive working environment.
