Professional appearance and demeanor Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust-based relationships Proactive, assertive, and results-oriented profile Additional assets include: · Proven experience in credit intermediation (certification is a plus) · Knowledge of banking products. · Valid driver's license and personal vehicle (preferred) Responsibilities: Acquire and manage credit processes—i.e., initiate first contact, assess and accompany client needs, and fulfill the client’s best interest; Maintain clear, professional, consistent, and empathetic communication with clients; Work with technical rigor and absolute confidentiality Ensure technical rigor in document analysis, based on current legislation and applicable regulatory standards; Join a dynamic team, contributing to process management and success.
