Initial training and ongoing support We are looking for an Accounting Assistant to support the finance team in daily accounting and administrative tasks. This role is suitable for a person who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with numbers and documentation. Main Responsibilities * Record invoices, expenses, and other accounting documents. * Verify amounts and information prior to entry. * Organize and maintain up-to-date financial records. * Support account reconciliations and verifications. * Prepare spreadsheets and simple reports. * Track pending documentation and information requests. * Support the team during periodic closing processes. * Provide administrative support for other accounting tasks. Requirements * Degree in Accounting, Management, Finance, or related field. * Knowledge of basic accounting principles. * Proficiency in Excel or equivalent tools. * Attention to detail and accuracy in handling information. * Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines. * Prior experience in accounting is an advantage. * Good command of Portuguese; English is a plus.
