This position targets professionals with leadership capabilities who can ensure coordination of daily operations and contribute to the efficiency of logistics processes and team performance. FUNCTION Supervise the warehouse team’s daily activities, ensuring efficient operations; Ensure proper issuance, control, and management of transport documents; Coordinate goods receipt, verification, picking, and dispatch processes; Guarantee compliance with internal procedures, quality standards, and operational deadlines; Support operational management by setting priorities and resolving incidents; Foster a positive, collaborative, and goal-oriented work environment; Propose improvements contributing to process optimization and productivity; Perform other tasks essential to smooth operational functioning. REQUIREMENTS Completion of secondary education (12th grade) or equivalent; User-level computer skills; Basic knowledge of English; Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or similar operational roles (preferred); Experience in team leadership or coordination (mandatory); Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and attention to detail; Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure; Dynamic profile with high execution capability; Good communication and interpersonal skills; Proactivity, autonomy, and strong leadership ability.
