If you are a Ynnovator who believes innovation can be a key driver, then we are the right company for you. **Professional Experience Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree (BSc in Computer Engineering); * Minimum 5 years of experience implementing, administering, and operating cloud environments (Microsoft Azure & Microsoft 365) and traditional environments (Windows Server, Unix/Linux, VMware); * Identify and resolve faults and incidents; * Manage and operate Microsoft Active Directory and its organizational structure (OUs), including users, service accounts, PCs (Desktops & Laptops), and servers (Windows & Linux); * Manage and operate VMware platforms; * Manage resource utilization, licensing, and profiling for Microsoft 365; forecast trends, anticipate needs, and drive continuous improvement; * Manage & operate Configuration Manager (Microsoft SCCM); * Provision computing resources (VMs) using VMware & Microsoft Azure technologies; * Log daily operations using an ITSM tool (ServiceNow); * Manage processes within the ITSM tool (ServiceNow); * Implement and maintain IT governance components (CMDB, TAGs, compliance, audits, etc.); * Manage cloud and Microsoft 365 operational costs; **Desirable Technical Skills:** * Advanced knowledge of operating systems (Microsoft & Linux); * Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory; * Knowledge of Microsoft 365; * Knowledge of IaaS, SaaS, PaaS; * Knowledge of ITSM (ServiceNow preferred); * English language proficiency (spoken & written); * Optional knowledge in IaC (Terraform, Ansible); **Certifications (Optional):** * Certification in Operating Systems (Microsoft); * Recommended Microsoft certifications for this role: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900), Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104), Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator (SC-300); **The salary range for this position is between €28k–€35k gross per year, depending on the candidate’s qualifications and experience demonstrated during the interview process.**
