To enable our consultants to focus 100% on clients, we need an exceptional support structure. That’s where you come in! We are seeking a Store Coordinator who will truly be the heart of our agency. Your Day-to-Day (Responsibilities): Outstanding Onboarding: Be the first smile and primary point of contact for all customers entering our store or reaching us via phone and email. Team Support: Provide ongoing administrative support to our real estate consultants, ensuring they have everything they need to excel in the field. Process Management: Handle documentation, organize property-related processes, and rigorously enter data into our IT system (CRM). Space Management: Ensure the store environment remains consistently organized, professional, and welcoming for both team members and customers. What We’re Looking For (Requirements): Strong emotional intelligence and empathy to interact effectively with diverse profiles and help sustain high team motivation. Excellent communication skills (written and spoken). High sense of responsibility, organizational ability, and time management.
