In every service, you are responsible for the product, the team, and the results — with real autonomy and support from a global network. * Lead the in-store team and ensure quality and speed in every delivery * Manage stock, orders, restocking, and operational organization of the shift * Calmly resolve unexpected situations and close the shift with all metrics in the green * Welcome and integrate new colleagues — your team starts with you * Support the Store Manager in coordinating and motivating the team #### **Your Profile** You have experience in foodservice — preferably quick-service — and have already led people, even informally. You know that a great shift starts before the store opens.
