At Plenergy, a leading company in the energy sector specializing in the expansion and management of automated fuel stations, we continue to grow in Portugal and are seeking to strengthen our team by hiring a Procurement and Logistics Technician for the Lisbon area. We seek a professional experienced in logistics and procurement, capable of ensuring the availability of materials and services required for operations while simultaneously guaranteeing efficient management of purchases and suppliers. Main Responsibilities Manage direct and indirect procurement processes, from identifying needs through to negotiating and contracting with suppliers; Ensure optimal conditions regarding price, quality, service, and delivery timelines when acquiring goods and services; Manage the procurement of materials and services, ensuring their timely availability for operations; Plan and monitor logistics processes, ensuring proper coordination of transportation, deliveries, and distribution; Monitor inventory levels and replenishment needs, preventing stockouts and optimizing resources; Manage and monitor suppliers, negotiating commercial terms and ensuring adherence to agreed service-level agreements; Control purchase orders, goods receipts, waybills, and related invoicing for procurement and logistics operations; Analyze performance indicators and identify opportunities for continuous improvement in cost, process, and operational efficiency; Resolve incidents related to procurement, logistics, transportation, or suppliers; Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable legislation. We are looking for professionals with: A university degree in Logistics, Management, Economics, Engineering, or related fields; Minimum of 2 years’ experience in procurement, logistics, supply, or supply chain functions; Solid knowledge of supplier management, procurement, and supply chain operations; Experience in logistics coordination and transportation management; Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel; Experience using ERP systems (knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV is an advantage); Analytical ability, critical thinking, and a continuous improvement mindset; An organized, autonomous, resilient, and results-oriented profile; Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment; Willingness to undertake occasional travel.
