Job Summary: Interdomicílio is seeking an Operations Manager to coordinate activities, ensure communication with clients and staff, and carry out recruitment and selection processes, guaranteeing quality standards. We are currently recruiting an Operations Manager (M/F). Main Responsibilities: Support the Operations Director in the daily coordination of activities, ensuring proper scheduling, managing staff substitutions, and smooth service operations; Ensure communication and follow-up with clients and staff, maintaining high service quality standards; Conduct recruitment and selection processes for new staff, as well as support their integration into the organization. Profile: Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills; Ability to manage conflicts and resolve problems; Strong organizational and priority management skills; Availability and flexibility to meet operational service needs; Sense of responsibility and autonomy; Experience in recruitment, team coordination, and administrative functions (preferred); User-level computer skills; Valid driver's license (mandatory).
