Value the competence and potential of each individual **Description:** ---------------- Noesis is seeking the following profile: **Main Tasks and Responsibilities:** * Install, configure, and maintain middleware products; * Ensure monitoring and control of service metrics; * Design and maintain alerting systems; * Periodically review configurations to ensure product integrity; * Analyze and resolve service anomalies; * Analyze performance and tune messaging system processes. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; * Minimum of 6 months of experience in Middleware Administration; * Administration experience with at least one messaging platform among TIBCO EMS, IBM MQ, and Apache Pulsar; * Ability to analyze performance and tune messaging system processes; * Proactive and results-driven, with strong investigative and problem-solving skills; * Persistent, assertive, and integrity-driven.
