At Plenergy, a leading company in the energy sector specializing in the expansion and management of automated service stations, we continue to grow in Portugal and are seeking to strengthen our team by hiring a Maintenance Technician. This is an on-site position based in the Lisbon area, but with national responsibility for overseeing the network of fuel stations, requiring frequent travel. We seek a professional experienced in maintenance, capable of ensuring the proper operation of our facilities and equipment while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: * Coordinate and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance across Plenergy’s network of fuel stations; * Receive, classify, and prioritize incidents, ensuring their proper management and resolution; * Plan, organize, and supervise technical interventions, construction works, renovations, and new installations; * Manage suppliers and service providers, ensuring compliance with defined quality, safety, and deadline standards; * Manage budgets, purchase orders, invoicing, and all documentation related to maintenance activities; * Ensure compliance with certifications, inspections, and applicable legal requirements for facilities and equipment; * Prepare activity reports and propose improvements contributing to facility and operational optimization; * Ensure compliance with legislation, internal procedures, and company-defined standards. We are looking for professionals with: * Technical-vocational training or higher education in Maintenance, Electromechanics, Electrical Installations, Industrial Automation, or related fields; * Professional experience in maintenance, facility management, or technical services coordination; * Solid knowledge of maintenance practices, infrastructure, electromechanical equipment, and technical installations; * Experience coordinating suppliers and supervising subcontracted work; * Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple simultaneous interventions; * A strong sense of responsibility, autonomy, and decision-making capability; * A dynamic, proactive profile oriented toward problem-solving; * Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement; * Willingness to travel frequently throughout Portugal and Spain, including overnight stays when necessary; * Valid driver’s license; * Proficiency in Portuguese and Spanish; * Prior experience in service station maintenance is highly valued.
