Collaboration with Risk & Compliance teams We are recruiting: Credit Support Analyst (m/f) Location: Lisbon - Paço de Arcos We are seeking a Credit Support Analyst to join a dynamic team and contribute to critical business processes, with strong exposure to various internal departments. Key Responsibilities: • Analyze corporate legal documentation (e.g., commercial certificates, powers of attorney, etc.); • Support onboarding and credit granting processes; • Manage guarantees, sureties, deposits, and guarantor information; • Ensure data quality and integrity in systems (e.g., reconciliation between NOLS and GCRMS); • Provide support for contractual changes and customer requests; • Monitor clients classified as “unacceptable”, ensuring KYC requirements are fulfilled prior to onboarding new services; • Collaborate with Risk & Compliance teams on cross-functional risk-related matters; • Interact with various internal departments: Commercial, Finance, Procurement, IT, Customer Service, among others. Desired Profile: • Prior experience in similar roles; • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with attention to detail; • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; • Knowledge of English; • Good communication and teamwork skills; • Sense of responsibility and organizational ability. What We Offer: • Working hours: Monday–Thursday: 09:00–17:30 / Friday: 09:00–17:00 (hybrid work model); • Gross base salary: €1,050; • Meal allowance: €10.46/day (meal card).
