Responsibilities: Comprehensive management of a condominium portfolio Preparation, organization, and facilitation of condominium general meetings Technical and administrative support to condominiums Supplier management and oversight of interventions Customer service and support to condominium owners Incident resolution and conflict management Payment and receipt control Requirements: Experience in condominium management (preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (mandatory) Experience with Gecond software (preferred) Knowledge of KeyInvoice (an asset) Valid driver's license (mandatory) Strong oral and written communication skills Professional appearance and demeanor Empathy, courtesy, and strong customer orientation Conflict management and decision-making abilities Organizational skills, autonomy, and sense of responsibility Stress resilience and ability to meet deadlines Team spirit and eagerness to learn Additional Assets: Good command of written and spoken English Negotiation skills Proactivity and initiative Ability to prioritize tasks Proficiency in digital tools Residence in the municipality of Vila Franca de Xira Desired Profile: Strong sense of commitment and responsibility Ability to work under pressure while maintaining service quality Ease in handling demanding situations and dynamic environments Availability to conduct general meetings after regular working hours (mandatory) Availability to work Saturday mornings We Offer: Integration into a motivated team with a positive work environment Above-average salary conditions, commensurate with proven experience Additional remuneration for participation in general meetings Autonomy in work management
