Emphasis on responsibility and versatility We are looking for a **Cleaning Staff** member to join our team, performing support duties at the **bar and ticketing counter**. We seek a responsible, dynamic, and organized individual who enjoys interacting with the public and is capable of performing various tasks according to the venue’s needs. Main Responsibilities **Cleaning and Maintenance** * Cleaning and maintenance of restrooms and changing rooms; * Cleaning of the reception area, common areas, and circulation zones; * Cleaning and organization of facilities and support areas; * Restocking consumables; * Waste collection and disposal; * Ensuring cleanliness and presentable appearance of the venue during operating hours; * Compliance with hygiene and safety regulations. **Bar Support** * Customer service and assistance; * Preparation and serving of beverages and products available at the bar; * Organization, cleaning, and restocking of the bar area; * Restocking of products and consumables; * Assistance in organizing the bar before, during, and after operating hours. **Ticketing/Reception Support** * Customer service and welcoming; * Ticket and/or go-kart session sales; * Providing information regarding services and venue operations; * Assisting with access control and organization; * General reception support as needed. Requirements * Prior experience in cleaning roles is preferred; * Prior experience in customer service, bar, or ticketing is preferred; * Strong sense of responsibility and commitment; * Punctuality and attendance; * Good organizational skills and attention to detail; * Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for public interaction; * Autonomy and initiative; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Professional appearance and conduct; * Availability to work on weekends and holidays, with weekday days off according to the company-defined schedule.
