We are currently recruiting for a prestigious client company located in Maia, seeking a Customer Support Administrator (m/f) for either day or night shifts. Main Function: - Perform and ensure follow-up of customer support activities through continuous telephone contact with drivers on distribution routes, customers, and recipients. Responsibilities: - Provide customer support and ensure service delivery via various support channels (telephone, email); - Ensure proper document handling and management: receive, validate, sort, digitize, organize, and send transportation-related documents to customers; - Manage operational communication with customers, coordinating with the sales and transport teams; - Monitor and track operational status, anticipating deviations from planned schedules to guarantee agreed service levels; - Follow up on pickups and deliveries, identifying potential deviations from customer-agreed timeframes and intervening with customers, transport providers, and drivers to minimize such deviations. Requirements: - Academic qualification equivalent to 12th grade; - Experience in similar roles; - Flexibility regarding working hours; - Immediate availability.
