Main Responsibilities • Telephone and in-person customer service. • Organization and maintenance of files and documents. • Preparation of budgets and reports. • Maintenance and organization of the office space. Requirements: • Proven experience in administrative roles. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Knowledge of AutoCAD is a valued advantage. • Strong communication and customer service skills. • Proactivity and strong organizational ability. Working Conditions: • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break. • Collaborative work environment and continuous support for professional development.
