Opportunity for professional growth We are seeking an Administrative Secretary (m/f) for a growing company in the machinery and tools trading sector located in Guimarães. Main Responsibilities: • Management of email (Outlook) and physical correspondence (sending and receiving); • Stock management and logistics processes; • Preparation and formatting of documents using Microsoft Word, Excel…; • Organization and archiving of physical and digital documentation; • Telephone reception and call forwarding; • Administrative and logistical support to the company; Requirements: • Technical course in secretarial studies / administration or Bachelor’s degree in Secretarial Studies and Administration or Accounting; • Prior experience in administrative or secretarial roles (preferred); • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; • Good written and verbal communication skills; • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. • Valid driver’s license.
