Role: Senior Project Manager Location: Remote, Europe Required skills: * 4\+ years of experience in Software Development Project Management, preferably within eCommerce and retail environments * Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, release management, and Agile/Lean delivery practices * Experience managing and delivering eCommerce projects and Discovery workshops * Proven ability to manage deadlines, customer expectations, project scope, budgets, and resources * Experience leading teams, managing stakeholders, and supporting teams through different lifecycle stages * Skilled at adapting to change, handling ambiguity, and applying critical thinking to solve problems * Strong project planning, organisation, time management, and reporting skills * Experience managing financial budgets, monitoring costs, and delivering project financial reports * Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities * Relevant Project Management qualifications and proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English We offer: * No\-term full\-time contract; * Health Insurance; * 22 days of paid vacation; * 4 extra days annually (Carnival, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve, Birthday); * Meal Allowance on card (Coverflex); * Referral Bonus; * Special discounts and flex options; * Training annual budget; * A great team\-oriented culture; * Chance to become a part of a dynamically growing international company; * Challenging projects giving the unique opportunity to grow and learn.
